Can I arrive at any time of day or night?
Yes, the hotel is open 24/7.
What time is the room available?
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m.
Can I leave my luggage at reception on the day of arrival or departure?
Yes, we can store your luggage at reception before check-in or after check-out.
Does the hotel have parking for guests?
No, but a public car park is located a 5-minute walk away. The rate is approximately €50 per 24 hours.
How much is a taxi to the airport?
Around €35 from Orly Airport and €62 from Roissy Charles de Gaulle (depending on traffic).

Is there air conditioning in the hotel?
No, but each room is equipped with a fan for your comfort.
Do rooms have a safe?
No, but a complimentary safe is available at reception.
Is there Wi-Fi in all rooms? Is it free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the lobby.
I don't have a computer – can I connect at the hotel?
Yes, a computer is available at reception for guests.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, but we’ll be happy to recommend good nearby restaurants.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m., either in the dining room or in your room.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, ANCV Holiday Vouchers, ANCV Connect, and cash.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €3.25 per person per night, payable at reception.
Why do I need to leave my key at reception when I go out?
We use traditional keys that must be left at reception when leaving. This improves security, as all guests pass through reception and we can confirm they are staying at the hotel.
What happens if I booked for one person but we arrive as two?
A supplement of €50 and the tourist tax for the second person will be requested upon arrival to cover the cost of a double room.

What time must the room be vacated?
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
Can I check out after 11:00 a.m.?
Depending on availability, a late check-out may be offered for a fee. Please request this at reception the day before departure.
