A - Yes, we can look after your bags, just ask at reception.
Q - What are the times for checking in and checking out?
A - You can check in from 12:00 (noon) onwards. We ask you to check out by 11:00 at the latest.
Q - When is breakfast served?
A - Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00.

A - If you need to cancel a reservation, please call us 24 hours before due arrival time.

A - Yes, there is free Wifi internet connection in all of the rooms. Just ask at reception for details.
Q - Is it possible to have lunch and dinner at the Hotel?
A - No, we only serve breakfast, but just ask at reception and we will happily recommend several local restaurants.
Q - Is there a safe in each room?
A - No, but there is a safe at the reception (free of charge).
Q - What is the cost of a taxi to Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport ?
A - A taxi to CDG costs approximately 50 euros.
Q - Are animals accepted at the hotel ?
A - No, we do not accept animals.
Q - Which payment methods do you accept ?
A - We accept payment by American Express, Visa, Mastercard and cash.
Q - And if I need to cancel my reservation ?
A - You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival date, at no cost, except for reservations made at a non-refundable rate.
